Paris, 14 March 2018 – Altamir and Financière Hélios, its subsidiary, have launched today the sale of 2,000,000 Albioma shares, representing approximately 6.6 % of the company's share capital.
The transaction will be conducted via an institutional private placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding.
The bookbuilding will start immediately; the results of the private placement will be announced after the close of the bookbuilding process.
Following the placement, Altamir will not keep any Albioma shares and Financière Hélios will keep 5.6% of Albioma share capital.
Financière Hélios has granted to the Bookrunner of the placement a 90-day lock-up, subject to certain exceptions.
Albioma shares are listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris (isin FR0000060402).
As long-term investor, Altamir has backed Albioma's development since 2005, first with Apax Partners, then as main shareholder. Over this period, Albioma doubled its production capacity, its sales revenue and its EBITDA, and successfully established in Brazil in 2014.
