- Successful Early Adopter program of ProMaker P1000 3D printer from Prodways Technologies
Since the launch of Prodways Technologies newest laser sintering 3D printer, a dozen customers have purchased a ProMaker P1000, with the first customers joining the Early Adopter program to test the technology.
Creabis, one of the major German service bureaus, was one of the first early adopters of the ProMaker P1000 and tested it for more than 10 weeks. After that time, Creabis was convinced that Prodways' selective laser sintering 3D printer was the clear choice, delivering excellent surface quality, fine detail, and high resolution, perfect for meeting the needs of customers seeking high-quality additive manufacturing.
As a pioneer of the 3D printing branch, Ralf Deuke, founder of Creabis states: “The ProMaker P1000 offers a unique combination of available build space, high detail resolution, very good surface quality, and obtainable materials. It fits perfectly into our portfolio of technologies.”
Inovsys sas also choose the ProMaker P1000 3D printer from Prodways Technologies to equip its rapid manufacturing platform in the Henri-Fabre Technocenter in order to support the development of mass production solutions for future industry.
The new ProMaker P1000 3D printer from Prodways allows research centers to develop their own innovating applications for mass production. In the context of this purchase, Inovsys in particular takes on the latest 3D printing technology in terms of qualification and integration of additive manufacturing in industry.
Finally, Initial, a subsidiary of Prodways Group, also acquired a ProMaker P1000 3D printer to meet the growing demand for ScientiFeet orthopedic and comfort insoles 3D printed at Annecy-based service bureau. The installed base of ProMaker P1000 machines is expected to grow with the increase in the production of ScientiFeet insoles which equipped their 10,000th patient in October.
Initial and ScientiFeet have chosen the ProMaker P1000 for its great modularity ideal for mass production and its high quality essential for the production of medical products, at an affordable price.
Renowned as additive manufacturing experts, the positive feedback from the Early Adopters testifies the reliability and performance of ProMaker P1000 3D printer and confirms Prodways Group's strategy to open up new additive manufacturing fields by addressing new segments of professional users.
- Initial, a subsidiary of Prodways Group, receives EN 9100 certification for aeronautics, space and defense market
Initial, a subsidiary of Prodways Group specializing in the production of on-demand parts, announces that it has successfully received the EN 9100 certification, which guarantees the control of manufacturing, traceability and supply chain processes required by the aeronautical market, space and defense market.
This certification is the result of a TEAM effort and a key milestone for Initial which has been 3D printing parts for the aeronautics and space industries since 2008. It is expected to strengthen Initial's growth in series production (metal and plastic), in particular for aeronautics.
