Store Electronic Systems rolls out its electronic
labeling solution to 42 Carrefour Market stores in Italy
After winning the call for tenders to equip the Carrefour group's supermarkets in Italy, Store Electronic Systems (SES) installed a first Carrefour Market pilot store in May 2011. Further to this pilot project, Carrefour Market's local management decided to equip 41 additional stores by the end of the year; the agreement amounts to a total of some 500 000 shelf labels, as well as all the related mounting and infrastructure components.
Claudio Palmolungo, VP Sales EMEA for SES, stated that: "We are honored to partner-up with Carrefour Market in Italy; the short pay-back convinced Carrefour’s local management to equip additional stores without further delay."
