- Additional expected value of USD 70 million (Long Term Agreement)
FIGEAC AÉRO Group (ticker symbol: FGA), a benchmark partner for the major aerospace industry manufacturers, announced that it has signed a new contract with Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer for the supply of structural parts for the E2 series.
This additional agreement is for the manufacturing of hard metal parts for the E175-E2 version that enables FIGEAC AÉRO to be selected on all versions of the E-Jets E2 program.
The three new models will enter into service one after another. The E190-E2 which is scheduled for 2018, will be followed by the E195-E2 in 2019 and the E175-E2 in 2021.
Jean-Claude Maillard, founder and ceo of FIGEAC AÉRO, said "We are extremely proud that Embraer has confirmed once again our Group's ranking as a global leader in aerospace subcontracting. This additional contract gives the Group a full presence on all models of the E2 series which will contribute to our March 2020 targeting turnover of at least €650 million1, whilst keeping our margins at current levels”.
