The strong momentum in order intake continues: +18.6%
MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT acquires CAMIF HABITAT and ILLICO TRAVAUX,
to become the leader of renovation solutions in France

Q2 Sales | 131.4 | 139.9 | -6.1% |

Nine-month Sales at €357.3M in line with targets
MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT Group sales at 30 September stand at €357.3M, down 4.0% and 6.2% at constant scope.
The drop over the first two quarters is due generally to the drop in order intake observed in the second and third quarters of 2014 (-8.2% in value), which constitute the beginning of first quarter 2015 construction combined with the extension in administrative deadlines (preparation of bank files extremely lengthy, slowdown in client signatures of notarial deeds for land, extension in building permit processing times).
The 3rd quarter slightly down by 1.2% at 106.7 M€ confirming the reversal of the projected trend and thus reinforcing the Group in the achievement of its 2015 production objective.
Very good sales activity with order intake in the third quarter at +28.7%
At the end of September 2015, order intake amounted to 4,669 sales and represents sales at €505.1M excl. tax, up 19.8% in number and 18.6% in value compared to last year. The third quarter 2015 remained very dynamic with sales up by 26.9% in number and 28.7% in value.
Already French leader in the construction of single family homes, MAISONS France CONFORT has become the No. 1 in “turnkey” renovation solutions in France
On 29 October 2015, MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT announced the acquisition of the entire share capital of the company CAMIF HABITAT and its subsidiary ILLICO TRAVAUX effective 1st October 2015, thereby becoming the leader in “turnkey” renovation solutions in France.
The company CAMIF HABITAT, with 2014 Sales at €37M and a unifying role for renovation trades, operates on the maintenance and improvement of housing market throughout France based on a network of 300 contractors and architects as well as over 1,500 artisans.
Its subsidiary, ILLICO TRAVAUX, also well known, is highly complementary, specialising in the brokerage of work through the intermediary of a network of forty franchisees.
With the acquisition of these two well-known brands, MAISONS France CONFORT is accelerating the deployment of its growth drivers and bolstering the renovation products already marketed by RENOVERT.
Unrivalled leader of single family houses and now No. 1 in renovation solutions with sales in this activity accounting for some €50M in a full year, MAISONS France CONFORT benefits from both a critical size in this sector, a highly structured marketing network and major synergies between its various activities.
Recovery of growth in 2016
For 2016, considering the order intake recorded to date, the Group expects a double-digit growth in production, allowing it to gradually return to its sustainable profitability level.
Next press release: 2015 Sales, on 4 February 2016 after stock exchange closing.
