CHANGE OF QUOTATION MODE & PLANNING
1. Change of quotation mode
The company La Perla World SA is pleased to announce that our share is being traded in continuous mode since April 4th, 2011.
2. 2009 annual report and general shareholders’ meeting of January 31, 2011
The general shareholders’ meeting held on January 31st, 2011 in Paris had been suspended till March 21st, 2011 (See release from February 28th, 2011). Due to the absence of a large number of shareholders at the March 21st meeting, the quorum required by the bylaws of the company was not met (25%). The shareholders’ meeting was therefore suspended again. The meeting will continue on May 26th and the remaining resolutions on the agenda will be submitted for shareholders deliberation and vote.
