Latécoère has reached an agreement with the Boeing Company regarding certain claims associated with the development and the production of 787 passenger doors. This agreement confirms Latécoère as the supplier to Boeing on passenger doors and secures the overall financials of the program.

François Bertrand, Chief Executive Officer, said: "Since program inception, our teams have worked diligently to satisfy our client's requirements on 787 passenger doors development and production. We are confident that the 787 will be a great success and we are proud to contribute to it."

The memorandum of agreement signed provides that the parties will complete related formal amendments to the existing contractual documentation in the coming weeks. The company expects to include any 2011 impact of this agreement in its communication on 2010 annual results.
