A milestone for Tessi in the field of
dematerialization
After acquiring SAKARAH in December of this year, document processing specialist Tessi today announces its takeover of LOGIDOC-Solutions.
Based in Limoges, LOGIDOC-Solutionsis a specialized software publisher which has been designing and selling solutions in the field of document management since 2005.
Its software enables documents to be managed from the workstation, without changing habits, while improving productivity and reducing direct and indirect costs. The solutions on offer are geared towards all types of firms, from SMEs to Key Accounts, in all sectors of activity.
The Bee-POST range is LOGIDOC-Solutions’ flagship offer. It is a centralized solution for the dematerialization and distribution of flows which facilitates the outsourcing and automation of the document sending process.
Bee-POST processes all types of flows (management documents, single-piece or grouped mail) and ensures document distribution through multiple channels (postal delivery, registered electronic delivery, E-mail, SMS and Fax).
To date, LOGIDOC-Solutions has a workforce of 25, almost half of whom are concentrated in R&D.
“After several years of partnership, this amalgamation is a milestone in our collaboration with Tessi. The arrival of Tessi, which is already geared towards process dematerialization, will enable us to occupy new markets and secure a foothold more rapidly in 2011 with new projects, thereby accelerating our growth”, statedJean-Claude Prevel, ceo of LOGIDOC-Solutions.
This takeover will supplement Tessi’s offer in the field of dematerialization, and comes alongside the creation of the company SAKARAH in December 2010, 80% owned by Tessi and 20% by l’Imprimerie Nationale.
The SAKARAH business purchased by Tessi from l’Imprimerie Nationale, specialized in the dematerialization of invoices and electronic exchange, includes Tessi’s Document Processing activity. It is a platform dedicated to the exchange and processing of management documents between companies, with governments and local authorities.
This offers thus covers invoices, statements of all forms, disputes, settlements, payments, contract notes, payment notices, pay slips, etc.
These two takeovers will fuel growth and fall perfectly in line with Tessi’s strategy to roll-out vast synergies when it comes to the dematerialization of flows.
