Fourth quarter up 11%

Q4 2001 turnover came to €67.8 million, harnessing growth of €6.9 million (+11.3%) with particularly marked increases for Tessi Document Services at €42.5m. (+11%) and CPoR Devises at €15.4m. (+24.7%). Organic growth was 10.6% for the quarter.

10.3% organic growth over the financial year

Once again Tessi reached an all-time high with a turnover of €261.8 million, an increase of €26.5m. All three business units progressed. Organic growth stood at +10.3%.

• At €160.2m, Tessi Document Services was propelled upwards of +9.3%, generating additional turnover of €+13.6m, composed of +8.1% organic growth. A change in scope occurred with the acquisition of Sakarah and Logidoc-Solutions at the end of 2010 and beginning of 2011 respectively.

• At €38.8m, Tessi Marketing Services posted organic growth of 3.3%.

• CPoR Devises increased by €11.7m. (+22.8%) to reach a record €62.8m. CPoR Devises benefited from a sharp increase in business volume on the gold market in the second half in particular, and sustained activity on the physical exchange market. At 21.6%, organic growth mirrors this momentum.

These outstanding levels of activity reinforce Tessi’s efforts to sustain a high operating margin for 2001 as a whole.

Favourable outlook sustained for 2012

Over the 2012 financial year, Tessi aims to sustain both organic and external growth.
