The 2010 reference document was registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 28^th, 2011 under n°D.11-0389.

This document includes :

• the annual FINANCIAL report for the year ended December 31^st, 2010 according to article L 451-1-2 of Code monétaire et financier ;
• the Chairman of the Board of Directors’ Report on Corporate Governance, internal control and risk management ;
• the information related to the Statutory Auditors’fees ;
• the annual information document ;
• the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors for the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of June 27^th, 2011, for which the notice will be published in the Bulletin d’Annonces Légales et Officielles (BALO) within the legal time limits.
