François Enaud, General Manager of Groupe Steria SCA has announced four new appointments to the Group Executive Committee.
- Karine Brunet, Director of Industrial Service Lines,
- Oliver Nazet, ceo of Steria Mummert Consulting (Germany),
- Kjell Rusti, CEO of Steria Scandinavia,
- Emilio Yoldi, CEO of Steria Spain.
The new members of the Executive Committee have been appointed Executive Vice Presidents and will be in charge of taking Steria Group down the road toward transformation and developing commercial synergies between each of the geographic zones, in order to increase the Company’s market share in its core businesses: public services, FINANCIAL services, telecommunications, transports and utilities.
At the same time, three executives, already on the Steria Group Executive Committee, are appointed Senior Executive Vice-Presidents: Laurent Lemaire, Group Chief Financial Officer and Transformation Director, John Torrie, CEO of Steria United Kingdom and India, in charge of Industrialisation and Olivier Vallet, CEO of Steria France, in charge of Innovation.
In addition to their current functions, John Torrie will supervise Spain and Olivier Vallet will supervise the Scandinavia and Belux zones.

About the new members of Steria Group’s Executive Committee:
• Karine Brunet, Director of Industrial Service Lines, Steria Group. Before joining Steria in 2006, Karine Brunet has served in a range of management functions at Alcatel (Vice President of Operations at Alcanet) and NCR France (Managing Director of the Services Business Unit).
• Olivier Nazet, CEO of Steria Mummert Consulting (Germany) joined the company in 1990. He headed the Business Consulting operations there, before taking on responsibility for operations for Germany and Austria, in 2003. He has been Deputy Managing Director of Steria Mummert Consulting since 2008.
• Kjell Rusti, CEO of Steria Scandinavia. Kjell Rusti was appointed CEO of Steria Norway in 1998. In 2006, his responsibilities were extended to all Scandinavia. Kjell Rusti was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Norwegian Computer Society and has served in a variety of management positions at PSI Group ASA and TietoEnator.
• Emilio Yoldi, CEO of Steria Spain since 2008. Before joining Steria, Emilio Yoldi was CEO of Getronics Spain, a company where he held a range of functions in Europe and Latin America. He has also worked for Digital Equipment Corporate (DEC) and Wang and Wang Global.
The newly-appointed directors will join the members already serving on the Steria Executive Committee, namely:

• Johan Vermeule, Executive Vice President, Group Director of Human Resources and Employee Shareholding
